Terms of Service

By using Mailens ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Mailens is an email management service built on Cloudflare Email Routing. It allows you to connect your Cloudflare account, onboard your domains, create mailboxes, and send, receive, and reply to emails through a web-based interface.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You must verify your email address before accessing the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing, or other malicious content

4. Cloudflare Account Connection

The Service requires you to connect your Cloudflare account via OAuth. By doing so, you authorize Mailens to manage Email Routing settings on your connected domains. You can revoke this connection at any time through your Mailens settings or your Cloudflare dashboard.

5. Email Content

You retain ownership of all email content processed through the Service. We do not claim any rights over your emails. We process and store your email data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare) and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or email delivery failures.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
